This place is small but lovely, and the staff here is just amazing, especially the manager. 🌟 Talking to the manager was a great experience.

The location of Villa Kosuta was perfect for us and Anna was extremely welcoming and hospitable. She was most informative and helpful and we found her willingness to share the history of her country, most illuminating and moving. We loved staying at the villa and we were most appreciative of the kindness and generosity from Anna and her husband. These qualities made our stay in Dubrovnik an extremely memorable experience and one we shall always treasure.

Very friendly welcome. Great room. Although located at the back of the house we had a bright and airy view over a courtyard and a little sliver of sea, and the room was spacious - very pleasant. Although not in the old town it is literally a two or three minute downhill stroll to the old town walls. There is a bakery a similar distance away for cheap breakfast, and the airport bus stop is opposite the bakery.
No complaints. Was a little concerned when I found it was not actually in the old town, but it is literally little over a stone's throw from the walls of the old town.

Stylish hotel, we enjoyed the hospitable staff and brand-new room. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was tasty. The location was ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Old Town. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional. Our stay was enjoyable and we would come here again.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Great location for old town. Clean accommodation, all we needed for a one night stay. Parking a bonus, but will need to request and check availability.
Get directions off Ana by phone before arriving - easy when you know but what we thought was a street was a path and drove on - there are one way streets which could have you doing a complete circle in busy Dubrovnik. our room would not have been suitable for a weeks stay but as a base for visiting the city was good.

Perfect location outside city walls, close to bus stop for airport. Newly refurbished rooms, clean and comfortable for 2 people. Great view from balcony in some rooms. Valet parking included, friendly family-run place. Access to stairs of old town.

Ana gave us an incredibly warm welcome before showing us to our room, providing a map and pointing out local amenities. The room was lovely and clean, location perfect - just a few metres from the old town. I'd definitly recommend it.
The only downside was we didn't get the room we thought we were getting (with balcony and tv) as it was only available for one of the two nights we were there, although we could have had it for the one night and we couldn't be bothered to move! It didn't matter anyway as the room we did get was pleasant.

Very good location near the Cable Car, Old Town and Public Parking. Private parking is also available outside of the apartment.
Studio apartments features bay view from the balcony and satellite TV which were not available in any of the offered apartments. We did not get reduction on price so this should definately be considered.
